Triumph 500 Bolt on Hardtail T-100, Speed Twin 1960-1968 TR1650
This hardtail will fit all Triumph unit 500 twins. All of our bolt on hardtails use our unique machined upper
and lower mounts. This is by far, the highest quality Triumph hardtail on the market. Other companies
started copying our design shortly after we came out with them but no one has successfully copied the
quality and fit of our hardtails. We have the lower dogleg bends and our stress relieving process dialed in
perfect so this is truly a bolt on hardtail with tubes that run straight all the way back. These are 100% tig
welded in a jig by a professional welder. Available in any stretch and axle height. Please specify desired
stretch, desired ride height, and your rear tire size. Desired ride height is the distance from the ground to
the bottom of the frame rail. These are made to order and will take approximately 4-6 weeks.

1" diameter x .120" wall seat tubes and lower tubes
Billet machined upper and lower mounts (includes upper bolt)
3/8" thick axle plates with a 3/4" slot
7 7/8" width between axle plates
Includes welded on brake tab
