Terms

Payment
No orders will be shipped before receipt of cleared payment. We accept certified check,
money order, and PayPal payments.

Frame Deposits
All frame orders require a 50% deposit up front with the remaining 50% due upon
completion. Frames will not ship until full cleared payment is received.

Lead Times
Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not stock most of our products. Most
products are made to order. Lead times are normally between 4-6 weeks for most parts
and frames. Lead times vary depending on our workload and are subject to change.

Shipping
Most parts ship via USPS priority mail and frames ship via UPS ground. We'll chose the
shipping method that we feel will be most efficient.

Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns on all items except frames. Every frame is built to order and
cannot be returned unless it is found to be defective in which case it will be repaired or
replaced. Under no circumstances will Elswick Cycles give a monetary refund on any
frame. Elswick Cycles will not accept returns on custom built parts unless they are found
to be defective in which case they will be repaired or replaced. Elswick Cycles will not
accept returns on any parts that have been modified in any way. All returns must first
be authorized by Elswick Cycles and all shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
All returns must include proof of purchase from Elswick Cycles or an Elswick Cycles
dealer. No shipping charges will be paid by Elswick Cycles.

Limited Warranty
Every product built by Elswick Cycles carries a 1 year limited warranty against material
or workmanship defects. Elswick Cycles is not responsible for any damage or injuries
that may result from the installation or use of any of our products. Under no
circumstances will Elswick Cycles be held responsible for paint, welding, fabrication, or
labor on returned parts or frames whether they're found to be defective or not. All
returned goods will be subject to Elswick Cycles making the final decision as to whether
or not there is a workmanship or materials defect. If we decide that a returned product
does in fact have a workmanship or materials defect, we will repair or replace it at our
discretion. If any returned goods are found to be modified, abused, or used for
purposes other than what they were intended, Elswick Cycles reserves the right to
refuse repair or replacement.

Frame Information
All Elswick Cycles frames are intended to be used by competent bike builders. Our
frames are designed to be used on custom built bikes using custom parts that will be
individually fit and attached to the frame by the bike builder. Our frames do not include
brackets or tabs for gas tanks, oil tanks, fenders, seats, brakes, or any other
accessories. Some welding and fabrication skills will be required in order to complete a
bike build with one of our frames. These frames are by no means factory replacement
frames or frames that you can simply bolt your parts and accessories to. We can
recommend frame dimensions based on the parts your going to be using and the "look"
your trying to achieve, but we highly recommend you do your homework on parts
compatibility before ordering a frame. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect
advice we give. We will supply you with the dimensions of our frames as needed to
figure out what frame will work with your parts. All Elswick Cycles frames include an
M.S.O. (manufacturers statement of origin) and are stamped with a 17 digit serial
number. The 17 digit serial number is an Elswick Cycles serial number and is not a V.I.N.
(vehicle identification number). Please check with your local department of motor
vehicles for more information on registering a custom bike. We highly recommend that
you pre fit all parts and completely pre assemble the bike before painting.

General Information
All Elswick Cycles parts are intended to be used on custom built or modified bikes and
might require some modification to work with your specific application. Our products
may not be legal for use in your area. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Foreign Customers
We're always happy to ship worldwide. All orders will be shipped after receiving cleared
payment. Please contact robert@elswickcycles.com for an accurate shipping quote. All
foreign orders will ship via USPS priority mail except frames which ship via UPS.
